In this context, clause 2.10 of the Circular on Private Employment Agencies (2016/1) titled "Conditions Not Requiring Permission from the Institution";

"Free access to contact information about vacant jobs, in the form of a job search engine or classified ads, without the application button, membership system or any registration process. Websites that allow this do not need to obtain a permit from the Authority."

As per the

clause, it is fixed that employers' contact information must be clearly shown to job seekers.

For this purpose, by obtaining explicit consent from real or legal employers who fill in the "GIVE A FREE JOB POSTING" form;
- Company Name, Name Surname, Telephone, Address, Web Address and Email information is received,
In addition to this information, by informing the employer in the terms of use, due to security and their ability to be requested from official authorities;
- IP Address and Date-Time information is also obtained.

- Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant legal provisions, and requesting that the transaction carried out within this scope be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- Objecting to a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Requesting the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest;
however, if the transaction requires an additional cost, you may be charged a fee according to the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. Unless we have your express consent, your rights in this contract will be reserved. The latest version of the changes in the Confidentiality Agreement is always we publish on the page.
